Earlier today, the Denver Broncos official site reported that the team made six recent moves to bring the offseason roster to 90 players.

Joining the team are:

  • Greg Hardin, an undrafted wide receiver from the University of North Dakota.
  • Charles Mitchell, a second-year safety originally selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the sixth round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
  • Chase Vaughn, a linebacker out of Colorado State University-Pueblo who spent the last three seasons playing for teams in a variety of football leagues, including the Arena Football League and United Football League.

Mister Cobble, a defensive tackle from the University of Kentucky, and Steven Clark, a punter from Auburn University, were waived. Defensive End John Youboty was designated as waived/injured.

With the offseason roster set, it’s only 80 days until the Broncos face the Seattle Seahawks in the first game of the preseason, and 111 days until the Indianapolis Colts roll into town for the first game of the 2014 regular season. Is it too early to start tailgating?
