Football: Colorado Buffaloes Release First-Depth Chart Prior To Rocky Mountain Showdown

The Colorado Buffaloes football team released their first depth-chart of the 2014 season as they prepare to take on rival Colorado State Rams in the Rocky Mountain Showdown which is scheduled for Friday, August 29th at Sports Authority Field in Denver, Colorado.

With Paul Richardson (2nd-round pick, 45th overall SEA) moving on to the NFL, who will step up? Bryce Bobo (R-Fr) will take over Richardson’s spot alongside teammates Nelson Spruce (Jr.) and D.D. Goodson (Sr.).

Quarterback Sefo Liufau will get his first, full season in at quarterback for the Buffaloes and turned some heads in his time last season. The 6-foot-4, sophomore started the last eight games for the Buffs last season, passing for 1,779 yards with 12 touchdowns and 8 interceptions.

We will also get to see the improvement from middle linebacker Addison Gillam who tore up the Pac-12 during his freshman campaign. He set seven school records last season, including one where he recorded 18 total tackles against the Oregon Ducks at home.
