These two teams haven’t met since October 13th, 2011 and the Avalanche would dominate the match-up. The Avs would defeat the Senators by the final of 7-1. The Avs might see a familiar face in net for the Ottawa Senators in Craig Anderson. Anderson spent a season and a half with the Avalanche from 09′-11. In 2009, Anderson went 38-25 for the Avs spotting a 2.63 goals against average with a save percentage of .917% percent.

The 18-year-old has six goals and an assist in the teams last five games.
