Spencer Hawes – Cleveland Cavaliers (C)

Comparing Spencer Hawes to Marcin Gortat statistically, not too much of a difference. The good thing with Hawes is that his stock has dropped recently, so the Nuggets would be able to grab him for a little cheaper than Gortat.

Hawes started the season with the Philadelphia 76ers, but was moved to the Cleveland Cavaliers where he spent the rest of the season. He had a healthy season, playing in 80 games and starting 78 of those games. He averaged 30.9 minutes per game, which is the highest of his career. He pretty much beat all of his previous career highs this season, showing a lot of improvement. He averaged 13.2 points per game, 8.3 rebounds per game and 3.0 assists per game offensively, which were all career highs. Defensively, he averaged 1.2 blocks per game and 0.6 steals per game. He shot 46 percent from the floor, 41 percent from the three point line and 78 percent from the free throw line.

Hawes is a center that can provide a sheet full of stats and is valuable in almost every category.
