The Colorado Rockies (37-52) have fallen on some tough times as the team just lost three out of four to the Los Angeles Dodgers. Starting Monday night, Colorado will take on the San Diego Padres in a three-game start as they look to get something going before the All-Star break.

During his last start against the Cincinnati Reds, Kennedy gave up just one run on seven hits through six innings. He would go on to strike out five batters while only walking one. In his last 10 starts against the Rockies, Ian is 3-2 with an ERA of 2.53.
Tyler Matzek will counter for the Colorado Rockies as he is looking for his second career Major League victory. Matzek picked up the no-decision in his last start against the Washington Nationals, yielding three earned runs on six hits through 6.1 innings. Tyler would wind up striking out six and only walking one. This will be Tyler Matzek’s first career start against the San Diego Padres.
