David Thompson played with the Nuggets from 1975 to 1982. He is a Hall of Famer as well and also had his number 33 retired by Denver. He is a three-time NBA All-Star and also was selected to the All-NBA Team twice.
It’s quite an accomplishment to be named Michael Jordan’s role model. That’s David Thompson. He was a phenomenal player with the Nuggets, both with the NBA and the ABA.
