Carmelo Anthony was the centerpiece of the Denver Nuggets while he was there. While he was on the team, the Nuggets made the playoffs every season. He began with Denver in 2003, but left the team in 2010 after 7 seasons. Anthony was a three-time NBA All-Star, a three-time selection for the All-NBA Team and was also selected to the NBA All-Rookie Team after coming out of Syracuse University.
Carmelo Anthony has since played with the New York Knicks and has become even more statistically dominant. Had he stayed with Denver for the 2010 season and beyond, he could have been number one on this list.
