Colorado Rockies Sign RHP ‘s Chad Qualls and Jason Motte
The Colorado Rockies have announced that the team has agreed to terms with relief pitchers Chad Qualls and Jason Motte on Tuesday.

Last year with the Houston Astros, Chad Qualls had a 4.38 ERA in 49 innings of relief, while Jason Motte recorded a 3.91 ERA and 1.22 WHIP in 48 innings pitched for the Chicago Cubs last season. We knew GM Jeff Bridich was looking to solidify the bullpen; and while the two year contracts of both relievers is not flashy, it definitely helps the Colorado Rockies relief corps.
