Adam Gase: Former Broncos OC Named Dolphins Head Coach
Adam Gase, the Denver Broncos former offensive coordinator under John Fox, was named the new Head Coach of the Miami Dolphins on Saturday.
Adam Gase spent 6 years as a part of the Broncos organization. Gase was the Denver wide receivers coach from 2009-2010, the quarterbacks coach from 2011-2012, and the Broncos offensive coordinator from 2013-2014. Widely considered one of the best young heach coaching candidates in the league over the past two seasons, Adam Gase will finally get his chance at the helm of an NFL team.

After the departure of former Head Coach John Fox to the Chicago Bears last offseason, Adam Gase followed Fox to Soldier Field, handling the Bears offense this past season. Adam Gase will join a Miami Dolphins team that has not made the postseason since 2008.
The Miami Dolphins had a tumultuous season, as they fired previous Head Coach Joe Philbin only four games into the season after starting 1-3. Tight End coach Dan Campbell was promoted to interim HC, and led the Dolphins to a 6-10 record to finish the year.
With Adam Gase at the helm, he can work with QB Ryan Tannehill in refining his game. Adam Gase did a great job while in Denver with the Broncos offense and working with players like Peyton Manning and Demaryius Thomas, and it looks like he could do the same in Miami.
