The stage is set. The Denver Broncos now know their opponent in the Super Bowl after a riveting win over the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game.

The Carolina Panthers defeated the Arizona Cardinals by a final score of 49-15 in the NFL Title match to earn the right to face the Denver Broncos in the the crown jewel of the NFL. Cam Newton threw for 335 yards and 2 TD’s while rushing for 2 TD’s on his own.

The Denver Broncos defense will get tested in the NFL’s championship against a Panthers team that went 15-1 in the regular season. Though the Carolina Panthers had an excellent regular season campaign and postseason run, they have not faced a defense as strong as the Denver Broncos.

After a strong showing in the Denver Broncos 20-18 victory over the Patriots earlier today, it’s clear that the defense can stop anyone. Tom Brady was constantly pressured in the pocket, leaving him little or no time to scan the field for his receivers. Cam Newton’s mobility will test the Denver Broncos defense, but for now, let’s all bask in the glory that the Broncos are headed back to the Super Bowl.
