LAST SEASON: 6-10 (last in NFC South)

COACH: Dirk Koetter (first season with the team)

Jameis Winston had a lot of yards last season, and is poised to translate those into points in 2016.  Big question — can Vernon Hargreaves make an immediate impact for the defense?

This is a team that used a 2nd draft pick on a kicker.

BOTTOM LINE: Of all the 100-to-1 shots, it might actually be worth tossing a dollar down on the Bucs. If Winston takes a step forward this year, the team could better than what a lot of people are expecting.

Next: Number 29 - Miami Dolphins
