C.J. Anderson rushes for over 1800 yards and 20 touchdowns

Having young quarterbacks for the Broncos, they are going to rely on their running game a lot. Doing so means a lot of chances for C.J. Anderson to show he can be the main back in a system. The system if very running back friendly, helping his chances of reaching these numbers on the season.

With one game down where Anderson rushed for 92 yards and one touchdown, he has fifteen more games to rush for 1708+ yards and 19 touchdowns. That is averaging 114 yards per game, and 1.26 touchdowns per game. A feat that isn’t entirely out of reach.

What makes this bold is the caliber of defenses Anderson will face to reach this goal. Multiple teams the Broncos take on this year have strong run defenses. So it will be up to Anderson, his offensive line and offensive scheming to help Anderson pick up those yards.

With the rest of the bold predictions, this one may be one of the more likely ones to happen. Also, if it does happen, it’ll place Anderson #2 in the Broncos single season rushing leaders behind Terrell Davis, and ahead of Davis as well. The same with single season rushing touchdowns as well.
