The Broncos Schedule and Our Predictions
The Texans finally found their quarterback in 2017!
DeShaun Watson was the 12th pick in the 2017 NFL draft out of Clemson. He entered a game on September 10, 2017, after the Texans benched whichever of the revolving door or QB’s was the placeholder before Watson and never looked back.
Okay, that’s not true, he tore his ACL on November 2nd and was lost for the season. For those nearly two-months, though, the city of Houston could finally unclench. Secure in the knowledge their QB search was ended.
Ah, fate. It’s hard not to feel sorry for the Texans. Between the quarterback miscues and JJ Watt’s inability to stay healthy, a team that should be a perennial contender has to fight for middle-of-the-pack relevance.
The Broncos don’t know a thing about quarterback issues and barring injury or issue will have Case Keenum in his ninth straight game. That is more than half a season with the same quarterback at the helm. I can feel “The Fan”‘s ratings crumbling.
