New Denver Bronco Marquette King can kick the football a quarter of a mile. He can kick it right over those mountains.
Uncle Rico famously just wanted in the big game. With the Broncos acquisition of King, they may be setting themselves up for a run at the punting record books/hall-of-fame.
Ideally, in home games, King would punt 8-10 times. Fortunately, the Broncos have been among the league-leaders in 3-and-out possessions for nearly three full seasons now.
How exciting would it be to see the Broncos back in the record books?!
The Raiders will be looking to justify the comical contract it took to lure Jon Gruden back to the sideline. Hoping to recapture some Tampa Bay juice in Oakla…….wait, didn’t the Raiders move to Las Vegas? Did I dream that?
It won’t matter, the Raiders will squander the talents of Khalil Mack and Derek Carr, Gruden won’t finish that contract.
