Buehler, Buehler,…….

The Dodgers are making their start with Walker Buehler (RHP #21 2-1 2.67 ERA 34 K) who is coming in trying to make good after a rough game of his own.  This can bode well or not, it depends on how the offense is today.

Historically, Gonzalez, Story and Arenado have had success with him.   Those are the bats that are getting hits already though.

Is that going to make the difference?  Probably not.

If there aren’t more hits and bigger hits, it isn’t happening.  Should Marquez not control the first inning, it isn’t happening.  If more guys don’t show up, it isn’t happening.  If the end of the game gets away from them (again), it isn’t happening.  We know what needs to happen for games to be won.

It isn’t a puzzle.  Here’s to hoping it happens!
