Imagining Nuggets Players as Star Wars Characters

Trey Lyles is Finn. Or, FN-2187 if we’re being technical.

Another ‘no picture’ situation.  Come on Disney, why is it so hard to find pictures of Star Wars characters? Also, John Boyega, who plays Finn looks kind of like Russell Westbrook here, so the natural basketball tie-in works.

Finn is the choice for Trey Lyles because he has awoken and come over from the enemy Utah Jazz.  If the Nuggets are the Resistance then Utah is the First Order.

Okay Golden State is probably the First Order but Utah is the Knights of Ren.

Honorable Mention:  Donovan Mitchell is Kylo Ren.

Lyles trained from childhood at the Kentucky Academy to become a Jazztrooper.  On a mission to Drafkku, Trey woke up and was traded to the Nuggsistance.  He’s sweet, smooth and loyal.   The young man, free of his salt bondage will continue to grow and become an integral part of the Nugs.
