The College Football season is less than a month away and here at Mile High Maniac we are ranking the football powers in the Pac-12.

12. Oregon State Beavers

There isn’t much to go over here. The Beavers finished the 2017 season winless in the Pac-12 and that will likely happen again. Heck, they even tried to poach committed Hawaii football players to their team–and that was unsuccessful.
