10. Washington State Cougars

Gone is the Pac-12’s all-time passing leader Luke Falk and his heir apparent Tyler Hilinski tragically took his own life, so a full rebuild was on the docket for 2018.

That changed slightly when graduate transfer and former East Carolina QB Gardner Minshew chose to head to Pullman instead of Alabama. His presence will help a very young offense, but it will not help them compete at the top of the Pac-12 this season.

The Cougars will be fighting for bowl eligibility.
