4. Oregon Ducks

Mario Cristobal is entering his first full season as Ducks head coach, but he knows the team well after spending 2017 with them (he took over as HC after Willie Taggart bolted for Florida State).

The Ducks have a legitimate NFL prospect at quarterback as Justin Herbert looks to lead the team back to Pac-12 dominance.

With one of the best offensive lines in the Pac-12 and solid skill position players all over the field–Oregon is about to look like the Ducks of old when Chip Kelly was running the program.

Defensively, the Ducks were saved last year by Jim Leavitt who somehow was not offered a head coaching job this offseason. Pressure is key to Leavitt’s defenses–and with a bulk of starters returning, the Ducks will put even more pressure on the QB in 2018 (they had 33 sacks last season–expect more this season).
