Safety (4, 29)

Starters: Darian Stewart, Justin Simmons

Backups: Su’a Cravens, Will Parks

Comments: Could be one of the strongest parts of the team this year. Here’s hoping Su’a Cravens stays healthy. He’s a guided missile when he plays. Will Parks looks much better this year. Sorry to lose Jamal Carter, but he can still be a future star. Maybe The Broncos may keep two quarterbacks and keep and extra safety like Shamarko Thomas. Might be a good idea.

Cornerback (5, 34)

Starters: Chris Harris Jr., Bradley Roby

Backups: Tramaine Brock, Isaac Yiadom, Brendan Langley

Comments: A strength of the team for many years, now there are some question marks concerning depth. I’ll say this for Brendan Langley: many times when a team drafts someone because they are an athlete, it turns out that they’re just fast and can’t play football. Brendan Langley is a great athlete. If he gets as much better every year as he did this year he’ll be really good in a few years.
