Defensive Backs

Number 35 in your program, but number one in your heart. Is it possible for someone to have a better game the first time in a new position? Dymonte Thomas was playing the “dime linebacker” role, but he looked more like a silver dollar. He didn’t just look quick, he looked cloned. There were times I wasn’t sure how many guys were playing and wearing number 35. With Su’a Cravens and Will Parks unable to play, it was great to see there are good options. Due to injuries, here comes another difficult roster decision, but Dymonte Thomas is in.

I thought Tramaine Brock looked like he fit in well, and Chris Harris Jr. played just like a great player from last year’s roster named, uh, Chris Harris Jr.

I watched Bradley Roby several times last night trying to become the new Aqib Talib. He’s baiting quarterbacks to throw his way. Don’t worry, Mr. Quarterback, your guy is open. I’m sure he’ll have some picks this year.
