2. Laviska Shenault Jr. is an unknown star
Mile High Maniac previewed the Rocky Mountain Showdown in detail leading up to last week’s game. One player who I failed to mention, sophomore Laviska Shenault Jr. who was a dominant force against Colorado State.
He tallied 11 receptions for 211 yards and one score.
He was Steven Montez’ favorite target and was an integral part of the gameplan.
Expect a heavy dose of Shenault again, as he separated himself from the other Buffs receivers last week. The ultra-athletic receiver can line up outside, in the slot, as an H-back or a standard running back.
He could be a household name once the 2018 season is complete.
