Brian Leonard (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

Leonard doesn’t scream elite production for the running back position, but with Montee Ball ready to take over full-time, he doesn’t need to be a beast or anything close to it. Truth be told, the ideal guy behind Ball can come in on third downs and not screw up, while offering Ball a break at times. Leonard gives you enough as a runner to not be a complete waste, but his real value comes in his versatility. Leonard can pick up the blitz and blocks well both in the run game and in pass protection, while he’s also proven to be an adept receiver out of the backfield. His ideal role is a third down specialist, where he’d be a safer option than Hillman or Anderson.
