Power Ranking the Pac-12 Football Teams

11. California Golden Bears
California has a chance to have a bowl eligible season with the pieces returning on offense. The Bears welcome back their starting quarterback, Ross Bowers, their top rusher, Patrick Laird, and their leading receiver Vic Wharton III.
The problem for the Bears is their defense–they will challenge Oregon State as the worst in the Pac-12. Last season they could not get off the field, allowing nearly 450 yards per contest. Expect a lot of high-scoring affairs for the Golden Bears in 2018.
