Bismark Boateng Game Winner Propels Colorado Rapids Past San Jose

I think I called this match in my preview pretty close to how it actually went down.  The Colorado Rapids versus the San Jose Earthquakes certainly turned out to be an exciting match that ran down to the wire.  The Rapids were able to pull out the win with a last-minute go ahead goal.

Tensions were running high for two teams that were looking to turn their seasons around, but only one team could come away with the win.  Unless the game was a draw I guess, but that doesn’t have the same dramatic ring to it that this game deserves.  The hometown Colorado Rapids stepped it up and came away with a second straight W to put on their stats sheet.
