Denver Broncos: Ranking 2018 Games for Difficulty
Never count Russell Wilson out.
The Seahawks team that beat Denver in Super Bowl 48 bears little resemblance to the current squad. Gone are big personalities like Richard Sherman and big performers like Marshawn Lynch.
What remains in Seattle is head coach Pete Carroll and quarterback Russell Wilson. After the Belichek-Brady duo, possibly the best matched Coach-QB tandem in the league.
It seems like the Seahawks just carry on year-over-year and this year’s team looks to be no different. As mentioned above, the x-factor for the Seahawks remains Russell Wilson. With Wilson healthy, the Seahawks could be very good offensively.
Like the Broncos since, it seems that fortune favors the Seattle defense, while they lose popular players, they still remain among the best. Since the days of the Seahawks in the AFC West, Denver has, oddly, struggled with the ‘Hawks at home. I don’t feel good about this one.
